Contains Nucleotides to support immune system, Green tea for renal support, Xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) to secure the intestinal microbiota. The formulation is characterized by low level of protein but high quality and restricted levels of phosphorus, low level of calcium, low level of vitamin D, and urine alkalising properties.
